MiniPod is the design for a new towable travel trailer, developed with one goal: a camper that is as affordable to produce as possible, yet still has everything you need inside. It is a concept and has not been put into production yet.
The design
The body is built from 30 mm thick composite sandwich panels, which keep the trailer light, insulated and simple to manufacture.
Inside there is a table, a stove, a fridge and storage space — and when the weather is good, all of it slides out of the side of the trailer, so the kitchen moves outdoors.
